Why did we decide to introduce membership plans on VNPocket?

We launched our site over a year ago with the goal of providing valuable content and a great user experience. To maintain and improve the site, we incur various costs, including server fees, maintenance expenses, and the extra man hours required to keep the content flowing. The membership fee helps us cover these costs and ensures that we can continue to offer high-quality content and services.

Can I enjoy the site without a membership?

Yes, definitely! You can still enjoy all the free content on the site without a membership. Membership is only for those who want to support us and get some extra perks.

I have made my payment on Ko-fi, but my membership is still not activated. What should I do?

Please ensure you have correctly copied and pasted your username in the "Your Message" box before making the payment. If you still encounter issues, please join our Discord channel for support.

How does token redemption work with membership?

Members earn double VNPocket tokens from daily activities. These tokens can be redeemed for exclusive rewards, profile customizations, and special in-site perks available only through the rewards store.

Is it safe to pay through Ko-fi?

How long does it take for my membership to activate after paying with Bitcoin?

On-chain Bitcoin transactions typically take 10–60 minutes to confirm, while Lightning Network payments are nearly instant. Our system automatically monitors your payment status and activates your membership as soon as the transaction is confirmed.
